Preparing for Valentine's Day - The Craft Beer Way

This year I have decided to forgo the usual "sparkling and chocolate" meme and instead turn my attention to beer and chocolate pairings. It will surprise some, I bet, that such a pairing exists. Well, have no fear, bucko, my immediate goal in life is to educate those unfortunates about this great new possibility. And I'll use pictures and small words!  But you'll have to wait til Sunday at which time I will begin a 5 day countdown to Vday, with a new beer recommendation each day. So, go stock up on your (and yours) favorite chocolate, in any form, and get ready to learn, enjoy and, ultimately, thank me.
